In Bloom TV will allow surfers from around NZ to submit a surfing clip between 2 and 5 minutes via the online submission here. A premiere will be held the night before the In Bloom music festival. All attendees will be able to vote for their favourite clip, along side a panel of judges with the winner being announced during the festival. We will be serving ice cold drinks alongside some local acts curating the tunes to make it one hell of a celebration of surfing.
